- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

The sofa can be converted to a single bed if needed for flexible sleep space or for a fifth guest.

You have the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home, plus a large breakfast bar with four chairs to enjoy your meal there. You can also use the dining table that can comfortably accommodate 6 for a nice meal! There’s a private laundry area with a washer-dryer combo machine for added convenience if you need to wash clothes.

When time to retire for the night, retreat to one of the two comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the guest room with two twin beds. Both full bathrooms feature spacious stand-in showers with rainfall showerheads.
