We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper, as well as a few cleaning supplies, however, please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
For stays exceeding 7 nights, one cleaning service is included in the rate. Additional cleanings come at an extra charge.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we have a strict no-smoking and no-drug policy on the property. Please be aware that non-compliance will incur a $300 penalty.
- Let's create a respectful atmosphere by refraining from hosting parties, engaging in illegal activities, or causing excessive noise, especially after 10 pm.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- While we trust you'll take good care of the property, any damages or additional cleaning charges will be the responsibility of the guest.
- For the convenience and comfort of all guests, please refrain from moving the furniture around
- Pets are not allowed unless you have prior approval, and a pet fee may apply.
Welcome to Casa Tranquila, its peaceful surroundings and charming beachside ambiance. As you enter, it will feel like a mini-resort, as you’ll be swept away by the vibrant colors and uniqueness of this home.
There’s a newly renovated kitchen with high-end appliances and all you’d need to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent is the dining area to enjoy your culinary creations. There’s a smaller table in the room next door and a few extra seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen if needed. Or dine alfresco on the balcony with a covered outdoor table, a delightful sea breeze and an ocean view.
The grand living room is a wonderful spot for a downtime moment and features beautiful leather sofas, an ocean view, and direct access to the balcony. Open the doors fully to enjoy the breeze and an extension of the space to the outdoors.
The home can sleep 10 comfortably with four master suites! Three are king bedrooms, one on the first floor with access to the pool area, one on the 2nd floor with its own balcony and one on the 3rd floor with a separate entrance. The fourth master suite features two single/twin beds that can be converted to a king if desired.
The third floor is special as it offers privacy and refuge. Besides its separate entrance, there’s a kitchenette, living room, dining room, and a studio/office area if needed, with a sofa that can be turned into a double pull-out bed for up to 2 more sleepers. This top floor is a true gem and features a beautiful bathroom with a double-head shower and copper bath. There’s an expansive balcony overlooking the backyard and the beautiful Bay of Banderas; a great place to catch a captivating sunset!
There’s also a large ground-floor patio in front of the oceanfront pool with cushioned lounge chairs on the sun deck, a BBQ grill, and a covered palapa lounge, offering the property’s most intimate view of the sea. La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a quaint little Mexican fishing village situated on the beautiful Bay de Banderas, approximately 25 km | 15 miles from Puerto Vallarta. You’ll be near Bucerías, and to the north are Punta Mita and Sayulita. Being on the coast, there are many beach activities and water sports, whale watching (Dec to Mar), fishing and boat tours, jet skiing, parasailing and more!
The property is about 24 km | 15 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There are private airport transfer options, authorized taxi services, and ride-share services like Uber and DiDi. If you arrive by car, there is parking at the home inside the gate.

Thank you for choosing one of the Vacation Homes that we manage for your stay in Puerto Vallarta / Riviera Nayarit. These rules and regulations are to help insure that your visit will be most pleasurable.
All Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced and violators will be held accountable including, but limited to, eviction from the premises, arrest by proper authorities, and/or forfeiture of all monies paid.
We are confident that you will abide by these and enjoy your stay!
• There is a zero tolerance on loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior including threatening or abusive behavior.Harassment or physical abuse of any person by another is prohibited and violators will be subject to immediate removal from the property.
• NO offensive, intimidating, threatening behavior will be tolerated.
Please notify us if there is anything wrong with the unit at check-in, including cleaning issues.
• Glass containers or breakable dishes are not allowed in the pool areas.
• Pool furniture is not to be moved from the pool deck area or used in any way, from where they are.
• You have your own private pool, so there is no pool hours, unless otherwise designated by the condominium. The only rule we ask you to follow, is that between 9 PM and 9 AM, please be respectful on the noise (music, reunion), as your neighbors could have an issue with that, and we want you to enjoy your vacation, with no reports to security, or what could be worst, an eviction with no refunds, and turned in to local authorities.
• Do not leave valuables unattended by the pool or in common areas.
• Be sure to always lock the property when you leave.
• Mexican Law prohibits fireworks, drugs and firearms.
• No loud music may be played in a way to disturb other occupants after 9pm.
• Please also respect the people around you at the pool when you have music playing and keep volumes low.
• Room capacity is: 3 bdrm – 6 persons, 2 bdrm – 4 persons, 1 bedroom – 2 persons. If unit has sofa sleeper, there is a flexibility of adding 2 extra persons (these limits include children)
• No other persons are allowed to stay in the unit that are not on the reservation and registered at the time of check in.
• BBQ grills are allowed only on patios or areas where they are located by the pool. They are not to be moved inside the property.
• Do not leave trash in hallways, outside the door or on patios. Place promptly in the designated area.
• If your property is secured by a key, you must return the keys at checkout or pay for a replacement key. If the unit has an electronic lock, do not give the code to the lock to any person not included on your check in.
• Please park only in the parking space designated for your property, where available. Property Management or the Condo Administration are not responsible for your vehicle and/or items left inside of your vehicle
• Hanging any sort of clothing or towels on the balcony railing is prohibited.
• Swimming suits only are allowed in pools. Street clothes such as shorts, teeshirts (specially cotton clothes) are prohibited in the pools and/or Jacuzzi, because they damage filters.
• Smoking is not permitted in any property. Smoking is only allowed outside the property, by the patio.
• Pets are not allowed unless approved by the property owner / manager, and may be subject to additional charges. If allowed, please use only areas outside the Condo for walking and deposit waste bags in outside trash areas only.
• Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do not include electricity. Please check with us about other utilities.
• Other special rules may apply at different condo buildings and will be in the unit.
I have read and understand theses rules and regulations. I acknowledge that breaking these rules may cause the loss of any remaining time in the rental unit and the loss of my payment. Deliberate damages will be charged against my credit card or cash deposit on file with Property Management with 10 days of my departure. I take full responsibility for any and all damages I or any of my guests may cause during my occupancy. FORCE MAJEURE: Property Management cannot be held responsible for lack of electricity due to power outages from storms or CFE (the electrical company) issues or by any other means out of our control. Nor can Property Management be held responsible for internet or phone issues, water shortages, weather, acts of nature, and/or acts of mankind that may impede or otherwise impact your stay. Therefore, there will be no refunds.
