- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests must climb stairs inside the home.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests may be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

If you're not in the mood to venture out, no worries! Our residential complex is packed with wonderful amenities to keep everyone entertained. Spend a leisurely day by the pool while the kids enjoy the playground just steps away. Right next to the pool, you'll find a convenient prep area with a sink for whipping up snacks and drinks, as well as shaded dining tables where you can relax and enjoy your meals. For those serious about their fitness, there’s an outdoor area with gym equipment, so you don’t miss your daily workout. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is right here!

As you enter the townhome, you'll be welcomed by a spacious open floor plan that boasts a modern and sophisticated design. The main floor features a cozy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a half bath. On the upper level, you’ll find the bedrooms, and there’s a sitting area with a comfy sofa and wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. Plus, with reliable WiFi, you can also connect to your own streaming accounts. Because the weather here is lovely all year round, why not hang out in the enclosed and private backyard? There, you have cushioned seating and a BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals right at home. Whether you're grabbing a quick snack at the breakfast bar or using it as a laptop-friendly workspace, it's the ideal spot for both. When it's time to retire for the night, retreat to one of the three comfortable upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, and one has an ensuite full bath and an additional full bath, shared by bedrooms 2 and 3. The sofa can be pulled out to a double bed if you need extra sleeping space. The beds are made with luxurious linens, and there are room-darkening shades to ensure a good night’s sleep.
